* The planned delivery schedule for 2007 is mid June to mid October. Weather or other circumstances may prevent a full delivery schedule. Partial refunds are at the sole discretion of Meadow Maid^® Foods, LLC, and will be considered only if Meadow Maid Foods, LLC is unable to deliver at least the purchase price in value of produce over the duration of the 2007 harvest season. Value is determined as the retail price of produce at the Meadow Miad^® Foods Farmers’ Market stand.

What happens if I can not take delivery one week?

Please let us know in advance!! Some vegetables can not stand in the field an extra week, and will be lost to you, but many can wait until you return! If I know in advance that you are gone, I will save as much of your share for the following week as possible. If you do not tell me in advance, you may forfeit all of that week’s share - once our high-quality, fresh produce is picked and waiting for you, most of it will not wait until the following week, and will become pig food.

If a life change or other difficulty requires withdrawal from the CSA program, a prorated refund may be issued at sole discretion of Meadow Maid^® Foods, LLC.

Meadow Maid^® Foods, LLC limits its liability to the full purchase price. In no case shall Meadow Maid^® Foods, LLC be liable for more than the purchase price of the CSA share.
